Led by the Union of American Socialist Republics, the Paris Pact presents itself as the beacon and spreader of socialist ideology, protecting the free nations of the World against the Russian imperialists, Chinese warmongers, and british revisionists (will get to that later). On a practical level, though, the Paris Pact is not a union of equals, it is the culmination of what many, including several communists across the World, call "social imperialism", a tightly-controlled sphere of influence that the Americans can use for their ventures.
