This is quite nice! Very atmospheric. Still a little rough, but maybe that was the look you were going for.
I think the only real thing that bothers me here is the placement of the wings - they seem to be slightly off-kilter from the central axis of Twilight's body. Basically, the wings make it look like she's banking hard to the left, while her body shows it as more of a gentle turn. Perhaps a little more dynamism wouldn't have hurt, either - her tail flowing out behind her a more, maybe her head pushed further forward to give even more sense of movement in that direction; especially since she's dead-center in the composition (which tends to imply solidity). Some of the clouds are a bit odd as well, but that's a practice thing (and clouds are hard!)
Overall, though, I like it quite a bit! I love how you've shown the wings, and it's all very warm and fuzzy

im not a member so i can't use your critique function, but i will say something.
her mane is too short, it only looks as short as it does because it curls around her head but flying behind her it would be a bit longer. it should also come down her neck further. also it looks like she is flapping her wings alternatively but i think i understand what your where trying to do.
the background is very nice, a superb sky and clouds. colors are excellent and the wings themselves are very very nice. the magic effect on her horn and the shine are also nice details.

someoen who gets mad at it, isnt a very tolerant person, nor probably wants advice.
also its a "soaring-gliding" effect like. you have seen when flacons like, just let the wind cary them with open wings?

that's what i thought you where trying to do, twilight body needs to have her legs pointing towards the viewer more or the wings to be a bit more level. but i totally get it

I've always wondered why Twilight can't just use her magic to give herself some pegasus wings...

I like various depictions of Twilight as alicorn. In this picture Twilight looks good, but her wings do not. They look like they are made of colorful brooms. Feather wings, insect wings (like that spell she used on Rarity) or even batwings would IMO look better. Bugwings would make for a pretty rare picture, as most artists draw feathers. Adding a glow around her horn suggesting active use of magic to keep the wing spell working is a nice touch.
