I'm not sure if you already know, but in the description of the link you provided, it said this : "It has come to my attention that my work closely resembles this one [link] which was made 2 years before mine. I have never seen this until after I posted my drawing, and people started telling me about the similarities between the two. I did not copy the idea and the similarities are purely coincidental. Congrats to ~pepey who came up with it first, but please do not assume that I plagiarized."

This is very true for many/most coastal areas, is why we need to get onto renewables as well as making our meat production more carbon and environmentally friendly. They are experimenting with using stem cells taken from live stocks which were about to be killed off anyways and growing meat with them, if done properly could be much safer, tastier, and would be more environmentally friendly since you won't need to constantly feed live stocks, you will still need resources to grow the meat from those animal stemcells, but as said if done properly should require much less resources than raising+killing livestocks.

In terms of carbon footprint related to mankinds activity, feeding/growing/taking care of livestocks account for just a bit over half of our overall carbon footprint is why I stress fixing our agriculture so much.

Excellent art but learn your basic physics about water displacement... Archimedes figured it out a long time ago [link] People are so scared about the poles melting when really nothing will happen with the water levels if they did.

And try out a basic experiment of filling a glass with half water and half ice, see what happens to the waterlevel when the ice melts.

Hey how is your basic physics Frob's when ice melts off the land mass.
The ice in the background of this great piece maybe on land.
With the Arctic and any ocean born icebergs you would be correct about water displacement but with the Antarctic whatever ice melts off the land will add to the ocean's volume. The same goes for Greenland and Iceland etc. Now take a lump of ice out of the freezer and now add it to your glass of half water and half melted ice and then clean up your mess. and.. learn YOUR basic physics before you wave your finger at others.
