Something I learned was that even in fantasy drawings nothing will look right unless there are shadows. And I found that that is something you are missing, shadows for your many objects.
That should fix your problem

you have 3 shadows in that entire picture,(shows in the far off buildings, a skyscraper shadow and 1 sign)
why don't the rest of the buildings, cars and the signs have shadows? If there is a light, there is always going to be a shadow.
