Looks very cartooney. I like the style of the drawing very well, although I dont like the way of no shading on the characters. But like you said, you were bored. The button "Do not Enter" is very badly done, with just a gradiant added in the centre and nothing else. A little detail can go a long way.
As for the characters themselves it looks quite impressive cartoon wise. I espically like the all black and white eyes. VERY sweet indeed. The Sam Fisher wanna be with the goggles had no...depth. I find it kinda lacking. Shading, details and a slight charactistic would help.
The background and surroundings are very balnd. I thought maybe a little background object, like a picture or maybe a vase, would add a little atomsphere to where the characters are and what they are doing.

Yet again this is if you were doing a full piece. But this is one of the "boredom" pieces. I find it quite funny how youve totally ripped off Spider Man and made him look like a really sexual freak XD
