It's finally finished! This was the "mystery" project I've been working on since April at my art classes. With the homeschooling class over for the summer, I had to finish it at home, which was sort of hard because of all the construction that was going on, but we were finally able to move in upstairs so I got to finish this yesterday.

Anyway, this is Aly and AJ, two sisters who sing together. I usually don't like listening to music, but when I heard their music on YouTube for the first time, I actually liked it! A few of the songs they've written have really hepled me through losing some of my old friends this year, so I thought they deserved a portrait in return. Maybe I'll eventually mail it to them. . .?

This was done with a bunch of different graphite hardnesses, tortillians, and a Pink Pearl and kneaded eraser. I spent about 11 hours working on this.
