Not really appropriate for the freaking DROUGHT we're having in Seattle right now, but true nonetheless.(PS: This was about the point where my newspaper was enforcing a "horizontal format only" rule for my comics. Thus the reason your not seeing any stacked 2x2 comics at this point.)
Does Greg look familiar to anyone?
EDIT:: Oh yeah, I almost forgot! This strip was my first "paintbucket-in-the-values" comic of the year! I was really happy with the way it turned out. Unfortunately, it paves the way for laziness and it all goes down from here.

I live in Oregon. Have all my life. Ive only seen these "umbrellas" in movies. I have my doubts that they really exist. Hollywood made em up.

Ahaha! Oh, poor man. I love the panel where the thunder rumbles and everyone whips out their umbrellas, and poor Greg looks totally bewildered. I can't imagine anyone being silly enough to go to Seattle without an umbrella. XD
