Yeah, this might seem ironic, because even though it's summer here, I created a winter-themed deviation! Sounds weird, right?

I think you did a great job on the colors and where the characters have been placed, but I also think the characters look a little stiff. Mostly Isabella and Phineas. Like Isabella, when she is throwing the snowball, her right arm is fine, but maybe if you added her left arm in the picture it would look less stiff. Not all of her left arm, but at least her elbow. And Phineas's Right arm looks like it's missing. Aside from that I think you did a great job with colors and where you placed them all. A very good job on this.

I like the way you colored and sketched this. And the way you do your art is quite unique, the classic colored pencils. I do have to comment that the kids do look a bit stiff, like the critique says, and Phineas seems to be missing an arm. It could've looked more fun to look at if the kids were actually throwing snowballs at each other roughly, just like how kids would do it. Overall, this was a good draw, not the greatest, but good (unless you could prove to me something greater of your work).
