Description
As you can tell, Peppermint enjoys spending time in the woods at night. Also, its pretty fun to draw forest scenes.I've been a little off, sorry about that guys.

I will try my best and I hope I will be of some help for further improvement.
-Originality-
What we have here is a pony OC, wandering in the night with tears. It's not a canon character, but an original design, so let's ignore popularity MLP:FiM and focus on its personal nature. Sadness and galaxy background are quite recurring features. But it's not that common to see three different techniques, combined to form something as lovely as this piece.
-Technique-
It's quite curious how you combined traditional and digital techniques in here. Traditional inking is well done, but you the colors need some work. Body shades have a "dirty" and blurry effect, which fit well in this picture and are appropriate for the moonlight. Hair are somehow detailed, but not quite yet. White stripes have a nice texture, a thing which is absent in red hair. The points are less saturated
and so are dull, a nice touch could be gently mixing a dark color from the background in. there are white edges around the pony, and they are both understandable and coherent with this drawing, if not for the lower left bang, where the white spot is simply annoying.
The grass is quite quick and sketchy, yet detailed makes a good composition with the character.
The sky photography completes the drawing, with yet another graphic style. It's a pleasant choice. It's flat, creating so a third plane.
I will be honest, I won't comment the "Vision" because I am not quite sure what was the result that the artist was looking for, and it appears to be a more experiemental piece. I think I already included "Impact" in the other parts.
Your art is promising, keep working hard and don't be afraid of using books tutorials and references, studying a subject and understanding is just as important as the practice. I especially recommend it for hair and colors, to make them more appealing.
