Description
Second part of a commission - a pastry serving platter on a key chain. It includes - 2 chocolate eclairs, 2 profiteroles, 2 fruit tarts (one with blueberries, one with lemon), 2 madeleines dipped in chocolate, 2 macarons, and 2 chocolate dipped strawberries.
I was thinking of making these as necklaces. Would anyone be interested in these if I made a few and put them in my store?

That's such a smart idea for a necklace! More sturdy and unique! Where'd you get that pastry plate keychain!

The serving tray is just a blank pendant backing. A real dollhouse tray wouldn't have been sturdy enough for a keychain.

It's spam. I've been getting a ridiculous number of these lately.

How do you do the "dipped in chocolate" effect?! Those are so cute!

First you make and bake the piece that'll be dipped. Mix TLS and some black chalk pastel and brown chalk pastel dust together. Take the pieces and just dip them in the chocolate mixture, then bake again.

I would be so worried those delicate wonderfully designed pastries would fall off. D:

I've glued them in with some pretty heavy duty glue, and I've warned the commissioner that there's a good chance they'd fall off. They said to leave it as a keychain, but I won't be offering these as a keychain again for that exact reason.

I don't know, but I would be shit-scared to put that in my pocket with my keys. What if I knocked something off?

It's glued pretty securely with some industrial glue, and I've warned the buyer that there's a good chance that may still happen. They said to keep it as it, but I won't be doing keychains like this anymore for that reason.

I believe it. A necklace seems much safer.

I don't have any in my shop right now, but you can commission one as a necklace, ring, magnet, or pin by sending me a note.

I could do a keychain, I just don't recommend it for this piece since the little pastries may fall off.

Aww. I would still love one. I don't have any money at the moment, though.
