And love that pic too^^ Wanted to ask, how do you make that... kinda shiny/blurry fluffy look? I mean the tone of his skin, and his hair too? I've been trying out lots of things but wasn't able to find the solution T_T I'd be really grateful if you told me^^

after coloring I use Burn Tool on the pic
after that make copy for the original pic and use
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
{ the no of blurry is up to you ;D }
