Description
Since I've spent the past half a year nosediving into Puyo Puyo, I decided to mashup SEGA's first and latest attempt to localize the franchise.I've made a few mock Switch box arts before, but this is the only one I actually felt came out well enough to go into my portfolio

Sonic had better actually show up this time around. It always bugged me that Sonic was a no-show in Mean Bean Machine. Oh well. Also, the amount of Arle x Schezo, Amitie x Sig, and Ringo x Tee comments I could make are so numerous that I won't bother. So instead here's a little bit of dialogue.
Schezo: How about a Puyo match to warm up, Arle? You and me. I swear I'll be gentle.
Sonic: β¦In bed.
Schezo: Thatβ¦Iβ¦can we get away with that in this game?

So um Dr. Eggbotnikman decided to be a jerk and somehow flew through a portal and found depression the character I mean Ex and told him, "HeY I somehow know what you can do so FUSE THINGS TOGTHER." Ex said, "Um no." Then Eggbotinkman tried to kill him Ex had to do it (basically being held hostage) So then The guys from Tetris and the guys from Puyo Puyo fall into um *checks hand* Gre- no wait ANGEL ISLAND zone and meet up with uh sonic and probably tails so they were like, "HEy u tryin t kill uz?" "No." "OK we cqan trust u." So they go around and whatever then get attacked by falling blocks and the puyo things so then Tee is like, "OH SHIT. IS MY FRIEND WITH DEPRESSION OK?!" So he runs away and uhhh that's as much ass I got can someone add more plz?Β

Team Puyo Puyo and Team Tetris must engage in a Puzzle Game War. The winning team must Battle Dr. Pingas. And the Losers go home.

In this case, Modern Sonic Can't Play the Legitimate Puyo Puyo; And only Alternate Reality Classic Sonic from Sonic Mania can.... Such a pity on Modern Sonic, Because MODS don't really help him....

I could perfer a remake or just a DLC since AoStH is forgotten, and I doubt Sega could try to get the rights for it
Dr. Eggman uses his modern design... And uses Cubot and Orbot as a replacement for Scratch and Grounder
And the other DLC includes Kirby, but instead of talking normal, he always says "Poyo"

Except Sonic. The world's Fastest Hedgehog (Modern)cannot play the game cuz he doesn't know how. Only Classic Sonic can (Sonic Mania) do this.
