Description
One of my first attempts at a low key portrait, still without any real lighting to work with. This time i used a table lamp with a 60 watt bulb fitted with a homemade snoot made from a Ben&Jerry's ice cream package and black duct tape. I also used the internal flash for some fill on a low setting with a similar homemade snoot on it

Since i bought a gas mask a couple of days before trying these low key portraits, i figured it'd make a pretty good subject for a dark, gritty low key shot.
