Description
So this was something I thought on after rewatching the Series 2 Doctor Who episode "Love and Monsters".
If you're not familiar with the episode, it's one of the breather episodes in the show after the Doctor and one of his companions dealt with after a big adventure. In the episode, there's a guy named Elton who was trying to track down the Doctor after something happened with his mom from a unknown creature, so he forms this team to help him out. But they quickly lost interest in the Doctor after the group were more into talking with each other until some guy named Victor Kennedy finds them and tells them that they need to find the Doctor. Things go well until Elton finds out that all of his teammates were eaten by Victor, who turns out to be an alien called the Abzorbaloff. Elton was quickly saved by the Doctor and not only helps him defeats the alien, but also tells him what happened to Elton's mom. It turns out that she was killed by a elemental shade that the Doctor tried to stop, but was too late (whenever or not it was the Vashta Nerada, we don't know). To make up for it, he managed to saved Elton's girlfriend who is in the form of a cement slab after the Abzorbaloff melted.
This episode was infamous as it wasn't one of the best episodes of Doctor Who, mainly due to how campy it is. I personally didn't mind it too much, even back when I first got into the show a decade ago. It was also famous as the monster was designed by a kid that was entered for a contest for Blue Peter.
So the context is that one of LINDA's team members was Mr. Skinner, who was played by Simon Greenall. He would later do voicework in the UK version of the Mr. Men Show. And I thought it'll be funny if the Doctor rescued Mr. Grumpy and was in the form of a cement slab. XD

Mr. Men belongs to Sanrio, Renegade Animations and the Hargreaves (c)
Doctor Who belongs to the BBC (c)
Enjoy!

Greenall didn't narrated the UK version of the show, but the one who played Charles Dickens from the first season of Doctor Who was!
