I decided to draw this character Pat Clifton, aka Postman Pat after listening to the theme song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcXzU4…
Even though I was familiar with the series when I was 5/6, I didn't actually watch the series until I was 11/12 when my family had HBO Family that I had a chance to watch it. I don't watch the series that much as I used to (then again, only the 2003 series and the 2014 movie got released here in the States), but I still like the simplicity of the show.

I first discovered it back when YouTube was new, along with Thomas & Friends, Fireman Sam, Ivor the Engine, Brum and a plenty of other shows (mostly British ones). I watched both the early series and the reboot, and the first episodes were better despite having lower production values.
Side note: R.I.P. Ken Barrie and John Cunliffe.
