Here's a model reference for the Tenth Mr. Timer, or the Tenth Doctor in Mr. Men form.

Since this was the first version I drew years ago, I'll give you a brief bio on him.

Mr. Timer, otherwise known as the Doctor, is an alien who travels through time and space with his spacecraft called the TARDIS, which takes the form of a classic police box. He first came to Earth when he wanna get away from his home planet with his granddaughter. He also comes to Dillydale on a few occasions. This one was regenerated after absorbing some of the TARDIS energy from a former companion.

I updated the way I originally drew him back when I first joined here. I used Mr. Tickle's body as a base, while the tie is from Mr. Nosy. The big differences are the shape, necktie, and hair.
