I decided to do more of my takes of the Doctor in Mr. Men form.

So this is Mr. Timer/the Doctor's eighth incarnation, who this was done by mistake after getting shot by a gang in San Francisco prior to the 2000 New Year. What happened was that he was going to a hospital where some of the surgeons tried to fix him, only to make him worse. Because of this, the Doctor was rather scatterbrained and couldn't remember who he was until the regeneration was done.

Sadly, like Six, this Doctor didn't had that much screentime thanks to the 1996 movie not proving well with audiences. I watched the movie, and while I didn't like the digital destruction done with the movie (they rendered it in PAL and made it sound high pitched), I still think it was decent. Thankfully, like Six, Eight was given another chance from the Big Finish team (I recommend watching Stuart Hardy's He Who Moans on those) and got a regeneration scene during the 50th anniversary.

I originally did this design 6 years ago after doing that project of all the existing Doctors at the time in Mr. Men form. I didn't like how I did the design after looking back at it, mainly the hair and jacket, but the concept of the design was something I still liked. His shape is Mr. Nervous' body type. The reason why I choose that was just a random choice but what I found funny later was that Mr. Nervous' french actor Pierre-François Pistorio voiced the Eighth Doctor. XD The green color; I just randomly picked to make him unique as I hadn't used a green color for any of the other Doctors (well, there's Seven, but it's kinda a mix of blue and green), which is funny as the design Adam Hargreaves used was also the same color. I know he had a different hairstyle when he was about to regenerate to the War Doctor, but it was kinda tricky and I didn't felt too happy after dealing with people yelling at me. I might do it someday but not right now.
