Decided to finish this I did weeks ago.

So this version of Mr. Timer/the Doctor's second incarnation, and he is responsible for regenerating which is what the Time Lords are known for when their bodies are either too old or get damaged too much. He is a bit more aloof and somewhat cowardly, though he is smart and can be a grump at times, kinda like his predecessor.

I used Miss Helpful's body and eyes, though this is not because of the official design Adam Hargreaves used, as I came up with it before. Other assists I used are Miss Whoops' feet and Mr. Fussy's bowtie. I also had to redid the hair from what I did years ago, and he looks better!
