Almost done with my Fluttermission Base Series. nothing more for me to say, just that the next 3 I'll enjoy doing. Same rules as usual.-This base is free to use.

You said you can't use it because its not from Paint, and I said all my bases are Paint friendly. I assumed you right-clicked the pic and you got the base that's not Paint friendly. So in short...you right-click the pic instead of clicking the Download Image tab that's on the right side of the screen, and the end result is that you got the base that won't be Paint friendly and will be all pixelated. So I suggest you scroll the page and find and click the Download Image tab that's on the right, and I guarantee you'll get a pic that is Paint friendly.
