I wouldn't have imagined it would take me hours to finish turning this into a base. This the 4th and last of 's requests. There's a fifth, but it was made waaaaaay before hand by . I made two versions of them, so your pretty much can use either. The rules, of course, are simple...other than thinking before launching your special somepony like a scud missile with reckless abandonment and disregard of all things sane in the universe:

-This base is free to use.

There's an ironic tale to me making this base on 12-12-12, but I'll save that for another day...
