Springer spaniel custom design I did for Grey, as part of a trade. I asked for 3 headshots, but she pulled a chad move and drew 3 halfbodies for me instead xD. Still don't know how to thank you enough! <3
Grey asked me to give the boy colors similar to Ruby's (Lady and the Tramp 2). I didn't want him to be just a spaniel version of her, so I went with slightly warmer colors and blue eyes. Also gave him a lighter underbelly and neck patch, and some lighter facial markings. I had an absolute blast drawing the curly ears, tail and 'feathers'. Went full-on show pony here, and I love it. Aimed for that uptight, European aristocrat look with a hint of darkness. Didn't intend for him to look villanous, I had more of a 'mysterious' snooty duke vibe in mind. Oh well, can easily be a mix of the two
