Summary: Some days have passed since Taegan told Eigel that she needed time. The wait is difficult and Eigel misses her, yet he is determined to give the Minstrel her space, not wanting to rush into anything. He finds himself distracted during work and decides to open up about his worries to Tov, the Rookie that most Tephens fear. The boys have a chat and Tov is, surprisingly, very supportive.

As always, thanks GoldenheartForever55 for letting me steal Taegan, and thanks Kellsongs for letting me borrow Tov and helping me write his dialogue!

Oh boy, this was kind of an intimidating lit, I was afraid of portraying Eigel as too sappy and teenage-like but I really like how this turned out. I'm also taking a break from the looooong lits I used to write, I'm extremely burnt out on those lol. Eigel really misses his girly, I hope they can reunite soon ;-;
