I did this a while ago and couldn't remember if i posted it up on here or not. In light of recent events- I'm talking about you, CurlyQ - and flicking through my sketchbook from earlier on this year, I found this. I couldn't be bothered to scan it in to my compy so I took a photo of it with the digital camera- I now can;t get the colour to go right- Graaa!!! I swear i did no draw this on orange paper- my sketchbook was white when I did this.I'm really happy with everyone's expressions and stuff. If you're an Outsiders fan, then you can probably guess who everyone is- if not, then the guy in the doorway with long black hair in JohnnyCake (I love him so much!), the one next to him is Ponyboy (sexy tank top with the torn of sleeves as described in the book), The dude on the kitchen counter is Two-Bit (all hail) and he is sticking his tongue out at Steve (dunno what Steve is doing- blowing Two-Bit a kiss perhaps?) Next to Steve, Soda is offering Darry some chocolate cake and Darry is trying to look cool. In the foreground, Dally just woke up and is having his first cigarette of the morning- good ol' unhealthy but sexy Dally. ^^

All hail Two-bit! All hail! That guys one of my favorites! Nice job on the perspective. Seeing it from Dally's pov and working in really gives it a nice feeling of depth. Also love the contrasting expressions and poses! Very awesome job!

Completely awesome! I didn't read the description at first, but I called my younger sister over(much to her dismay...she like the outsiders, but not as much as i do, and she was half asleep when i shrieked upon seeing this!^_^) and named everyone while pointing to each character when I said their names, THEN I looked at the description and was right! ^_^ Yay! My sister just kinda nodded, said "It looks really great" and lumbered back to the couch...But I LOVE it! I think you captured the carefree and fun style of breakfast at the Curtis house v.well! Reminds me of the scene when two-bit (luff him!) and steve came barreling into the kitchen and two-bit swung pony around, causing pony to break the eggs...but of course dally (luff him too!) and johnny weren't there....^_~ Luff it!

I think I pictured this scene to have occurred before the book- or possibly somewhere between the first few chapters, as Darry and Pony are quite far apart and, obviously, Dally and Johnny are still.. alive *cries*.

She didn't mind so much about getting up...in fact, the next day she asked me to pull it up onto the computer screen again so she could look at it. ^_^ Yes...dally and johnny...*stops before tears spill out*....I luff them so! *sniffle* However, they are immortal in the hearts of fangirls everywhere! ^_^

oh god, this brings up sooo many memories!! mostly, my friend had thsi thing about making up names for people and I said something relating to the book. for the next year or so i was refered to by J.C, Johnnycake, and everything else along those lines! heh, this picture is awsome, just as i would've pictured a breakfast with them ^-^

lol- thank you. I have a terrible habit of making references to the book at school and no one ever gets what the hell I'm on about. It's getting better, slowly, as I'm gradually persuading all of my friends to read it.
