something tells me you just took this picture off of google and slightly edited it. It's considered stealing. I just don't wnat you to get in trouble.

haha firstly i did not took this of google.
i saw this in the gallery of one miley cyrus fanpage (which often uses miley pictures for creating arts- very normal) and of course i edited it (brushes etc).
Well maybe it's forbidden to upload edited graphics of her (like of other prominents)but i see thousands and more arts like this one. as you can imagine here are also groups,which are filled with prominent graphics like this! so i hope that i'm not in trouble.

what i ment was you didn't take this picture. I know that other uplaod pictures that aren't theirs, and I also disaprove of them too. .-.it's ilegal. I don't want anyone getting banned from this lovely website, but ya know rules are rules. just a warning, that's all.
I refuse to fave something i don't like. I don't not enjoy Miley Cyrus (hate her), theifing, or simple editings.
