Wow, that looks pretty cool! The focus is nice, but maybe a little more orange-color to make the blood look more real? It looks a little closer to pink in some spots, and blood is really rust-red to me. Oh, and some extra space on the top left to balance all the stuff happening on the bottom-right-ish areas.
I like the concept and the actual camera-part of this picture. ^-^
