Hey, sorry if you get this question a lot (I'm a new fan) but where is Quantumtale?

From what I can tell, there's a Sans that can basically hop through time. However as Sans did this, he accidentally created portals some of which opened up to other universes. Flowey somehow managed to hop back through time and Sans followed him in order to stop him. They ended up in a time frame where all of them were young kids. Now Sans has to make sure that Flowey doesn't mess with the future and that everything stays as it's supposed to...........Or at least that's what I get from all of this. I'm kind of new to this thing myself.
