It’s not redemption nor Infinity Crisis, it’s still the first one, you can tell by the untied shoelaces, the other versions of him doesn’t have shoelaces AND he doesn’t have Papyrus’ scarf, be more observant. This image could be like a flashback of how he got his ‘Infinity Crisis Eye’ or something, but you can tell it’s the first one by judging his clothes.
Plus the part face at the top left corner maybe Mr.(bleep out not gonna reveal actually)

And since this was drawn 2016, TK sans still doesn’t have his ‘Fur Coat’ design so instead, he has a hoodie and stuff instead until later in that year Perf re-designed it
