theory: sans may have seen a future glimpse of gaster falling into the void. when the day arrived, he was solemn. determined to save the scientist. but when the incident arose, in a last ditch effort before gaster could fall in, he sacrificed his own existence to save his mentor. creating a paradox where it was sans who fell in instead of gaster.

I honestly think that, instead of Gaster or sans, my OC Kallie is stuck in the void, after rescuing Gaster and Sans, but then, right is she is about to lower them to safety(she can fly), a big piece of rock hits her, and she drops Sans and Gaster, and falls into the void.

Ok, heres my theory. If that's Sans ( which I'm sure it is) my thought is that during the same experiments that gave him a human soul, instead Gaster accidentally sent sans to the void. But that's my opinion.

It's a Sans-person. Though I thought that at first as well before I got to take a more in-depth look at it.

I have a feeling (from how Voidface talks) it would have been this AU's Sans who either got trapped in the void during the accident rather than Gaster. But it's just my theory; I could easily be wrong! XD
