Toriel and Ashore being the Oldest yet still smaller than Gaster is a bit... Confusing to me. But oh well. I guess their attitude and way of talking and thinking Will only change in a Few Years and as well as their Heights.
I always like the Idea that Sans was taller than Papyrus when they're Younger. Almost every Comic Artists on UTAU are all the same as always.
I wonder if you'll add new Characters into the Story though. Like Toriel and Asgore's Parents and stuff.

So like the Races like Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, etc. On which they live longer and keeps their young figure and look, but unlike them, Asgore and Toriel's Race will only have their looks change base on the way on how Age changes our Looks.
For example, An Elf can look like an 18 Years Old in their 18 but will keep that look for a long time with a few changes to look more mature, but Asgore and Toriel aged very slower.

Go one of my Favorite Characters in Undertale. I still think that Gerson was the Captain of the Royal Guards before Undyne on which when She's called "The Spear of Justice" Gerson is "The Hammer of Justice".
But I wonder if that part of him will be added in the Story.
