When asriel became flowey because of the determination he had the power of reset. When frisk cam his determination lvel was bigger then flowey. Now that frisk is not on the underground flowey can reset again

Well, in the game when Frisk had to fight Flowey, Flowey was still able to use the reset button to kill Frisk again and again even if Frisk's determination was a lot stronger.
