I like all the action in this scene, it really captures attention well. However, I personally think it would be better without the bird in there- the focal point of the piece seems to be the girl, and while the intricate shapes to the left are very cool, I feel like the bird somewhat distracts from the detail. I think the image would be less cluttered without it.
Of course, it's your art, so if you feel there's a good reason for it to be there than I'm sure I won't change your mind.
Otherwise, I think it's a really awesome work of art.

I would say that the focal point is the space between the bird and the girl, and the interest lies in their juxtaposition. To each their own!

Great work, really love it. Dont know if this will help but a slight way of improving it would be to balance the shadows. I think her arms shadow is a lot darker compared to on the left. Very cool concept.
