Love the Predator like effect you have for Darth-Vadkon's blood. That was an awesome battle and awesome episode even though I find Shiro put the team in a tactically dangerous situation un leader-like.
That being said as an old-time fan, I suspect Zarkon isn't truly dead

Ah I'm 99% sure "our Shiro" is a clone being used by Witch Haggar to spy on Voltron. Real Shiro would not have put the team in danger and would've considered all possible outcomes of the situation before agreeing to Zarkon's deal. And the way he yelled at my precious boy? I can't imagine Real Shiro would yell at Lance, even during difficult times.
Honestly, I sort of hope Zarkon isn't dead for plot reasons... Like he is horrible but also, since it's a kids show (even with all the fighting and death) a lot of younger viewers wouldn't predict the return of Angry Space D(e)ad, so it'd be a nice plot twist!
