Evolutionary: things Seawings in this era (AU) have without being affected by the mutation- larger sail, as seen in example, hooked talons for latching onto prey, 'lightbulbs' down sail, there is a 10% chance to be born without them but ONLY if they have the mutation. Seawings without these bulbs speak aquatic less fluently and are seen as inferior or less capable.

More in-depth breakdown of the mutation; The main mutation is the double sails, since the sales are larger the spikes are a bit thicker in order to support them and they usually flatted back a bit while swimming to decrease drag but also help with turns. the double sails stop at the base of neck and start up around the shoulderblades, it is not possible to have double sales on chest/underbelly.
Shoulder fins- Hereditary from royal blood, they grow with age but if you have only distant royal blood, they are smaller. Stronger royal blood (King, Queen, Prince, Princess) will always have glowing markings on the fins and more distant relatives (cousins, aunts, uncles) will have smaller markings but no royal will have none at all. The fins stop when they reach the shoulder blades to not interfere with wing movement or create drag.
Fish Tail- rarely dragons will be born with a thin tail accompanied with a large membrane shaped much like a fish's, it is possible to be born with this without any other (at least visable) mutation but it so far unheard of in Seawing History. Royals have a larger chance of having markings down their sail from head to tail. The tail is more efficient; lighter and easy to fly with and takes less energy to use it to swim, although it isnt as strong and cannot be used in combat like the thicker tail type.
