Look at me actually following up and drawing the second part! xD

Prince Gale is the red Skywing and the more colorful one is his younger brother Gust. Despite being Royals they are not pure blooded Skywings, rather their mother was a feathered Sea/Rain. With gale his colors are more vibrant due to the rainwing blood, this is much more apparent with Gust who has a more seawing-shape body with webbed talons, waterproof feathers, and shorter wings. A cute detail is that the sash Gale wears (which I drew but ended up getting covered up by Gust who was in front ^^'') Is a light blue held together with a thin gold chain. He specifically decorated it with imperfect pearls and a ruby for his brother who has minor autism and protanopia (completely red colorblind). Gale often wears clothes shades of Blue or yellow so his brother can see them as they are. Gust may have colorful feathers but cannot change their color at will, That pink stripe on his snoot does change tints depending on mood and Gale can turn a dark crimson red when properly pissed off.

Fun fact- their crowns are difference colors that Prince Mirage's because they are a mix of gold and Copper while Mirage's is a mix of gold and Iron. This is because of the minerals being more commonly found in the territory they live in.
