I quite happy with it, although when I went to the Filter; Erase every other row, it erased the entire render. So I just left that out.

Use the shape tool and make colored rectangles in a layer and then rotate the entire layer to your liking.

The 'Engrave' isn't and option in Photoshop. How do you do that part in PS? ]:

That step isn't vital to the signature so just skip it or if you really want it, play around with some of the filters in PS because I honestly don't know. Sorry.
