Fredrick Anderson was an american man who works as a security guard at Manhattan Mall in New York. that night in his night shift when he was knocked out and drugged by the BioRe Spies and been captured and he was waked up on a slab in the BioRe Base in the Genetics Lab all of the scientists and professors experimented on him injecting him with the altered chemical with DNA of a Black Panther causing him to be mutated into a genetic altered human modified black panther and they tried to use him for BioRe's Super Soldiers but then he broken out of chambers and manage to escape and wants revenge on the terrorist organization for turning him into this mess.
