The Kraang has been collecting the left remains of Akira and had found Tetsuo and taken him into their laboratory to be experimented on to use his Psychic powers for their weapon purposes and peri and her friends got in touch that the Kraang are up to more horrendous experiments on Psychic weapons and they head off to Japan in Tokyo and met the Capsules gang leader Shotaro Kaneda and his friends and tell that the Kraang are out to find peri and her friends and they better stop them and save Tetsuo before he ends up in more of the Kraang's experiments!.
