Peri and the other went on a mission went back to New York to find about the mysterious criminal activities going on and till she met Goliath and the Manhattan Clanand need help to take down the pack that has been trying to destroy them and hunt them down for years.

Bentley: First of all, I did some creative accounting for the residents of Fission City, including the Street Sharks. Secondly, Brave Vesperia went off with the Road Rovers, because of Muggshot starting another gambling empire, and wondering what'll happen if Repede became a Road Rover himself. And thirdly, Commander Ulysses Feral said that he is just too busy leading the Enforcers of Megakat City to join the Longfox Gang, so he wants his niece Lieutenant Felina Feral to represent. And lastly, I'm picking up new leads of mysterious criminal activity. The reports are from Manhattan of New York City.
Wolf: New York? Sounds like you'll need to bring the Ninja Turtles and their friends as they know their way around Manhattan, and Sly and Carmelita as well since they have experience in bringing down criminal organizations.
Bentley: He's right. As for Rochelle, we'll show her around the rest of the headquarters, Peri.

Fox: We'll have to investigate the criminal activity on foot. Guess that means that me, Wolf, and Krystal will go on foot in our SPC armor.

Penelope: I also got myself a Paraglider pack and Rocket Boots like Sly's and a Hover Pack like the one you used during the incident involving Neyla and the Clockwerk Parts. And I got my own Grapple-Cam like the one Bentley uses, only with an RC turret.
Bentley: Yeah, sure. Pretty much geared up with rocket propulsion, paragliding, and remote control equipment.
Penelope: I also upgraded my RC chopper with a bomb bay and cannons to go with its Yank-86 winch, and my RC Car with not only turret guns and punchers, but also with disguise and remote hacking capabilities.

Hyena: *keeps swiping her claws at Sly relentlessly, only to keep missing him as he's much faster* Hold still you walking coonskin cap!
Sly: *dodges Hyena's attacks with ease, moving and reacting faster than she could* Even if you're a cyborg, you're still too slow. *counters with his Voltage Attack to the back of her head*

Goliath: Yes. We just saw Jackal being sent upward into the air as we were flying by.

Elisa: Those people you've beaten up. The guy in the Exo-Frame is Dingo. The woman with the cybernetic upgrades is Hyena. The man with also the cybernetic upgrades is Jackal. And the mutated canine hulk is Wolf. They're a mercenary team contracted for the criminal underworld.
Wolf O'Donnell: No kidding. Me and my team used to work with criminal masterminds where I'm from.
Elisa: Oh, right. I guess you can relate. *to Peri* Peri, right? I'm Elisa Maza, N.Y.P.D. Detective, 2nd Class.
Carmelita: Oh, so you're law enforcement. Well, I'm a cop too. Carmelita Fox, Paris Division Inspector from Interpol.
Fox: You say that those guys we've beaten are of a rag-tag mercenary group called "the Pack"?
Elisa: That's right.

Brooklyn: Well, technically, parts of New York were named after us except Goliath here.
Sly: Okay. I've been to the U.S. on many occassions, but I didn't think I'd run into a clan of gargoyles.
Goliath: It is your first time meeting us. *sees Dingo, Wolf, Hyena, and Jackal* Hmm, looks like their current leader, Coyote, is missing.
Wolf: A coyote?
Lexington: No, Coyote, the leader of the Pack who took over as their previous one, a woman named Fox, left the Pack.
Brooklyn: Coyote's an android, a robot made to look human, with a man named David Xanatos as a model, no less.
