I looked for a skirt like this but couldn't find one, so I made one. It might suck, but it's free

Modeled in Hexagon for G8F, but works with Genesis 8.1, 3 and even 2! I created a few textures, mostly borrowed from Daz standard shaders or textures.com. The textures are shaders so you can match them up to shirts, etc. I included simulation settings, so it probably won't blow up. Probably! Please let me know if you encounter difficulties using it.
