Everyone reacts differently to the radiation.
EXPOSED AVIAN/HUMANS start to experience horrific mutations involving their limbs and feather growth.
Some mucus membranes start to break out in feathers, causing the person to have a hard time breathing. You can always recognize one hiding by listening for their raspy noises.
Their arms start to become another pair of wings, with other wing-like growths appearing over their original wings.
Their feet become more akin to talons.
THREAT LEVEL: MODERATE/HIGH.
Most are still able to fly.
Encountering one means you must figure out how to lose them, since they can fly with faster speeds than a typical person's run speed.
