This is a pic of Perry the Platyborg from the end of the movie, where he went back to normal after being electrocuted.
I think he looked cute like this!
And am I the only one who noticed some of the mechanical/robotic parts on his arms vanished after he went back to normal?

I noticed too; Platyborg's pet mode is weird. I mean, if he's a cyborg, the mechanical parts should be a part of his body, right? So why is his arm suddenly all flesh? I think his right hand switched from mechanical to flesh halfway through the movie, too. Weird.

Yeah! I read that somehow 2D Doofenshmirtz defeated Perry (when he was still a secret agent) and then he turned him into a Platyborg and wiped his memory of his past life so that he could help him take over the tri-state area.

Yes it's true and there's even a hilarious comic in the PnF movie magazine which explains how it happened and in it, Platyborg gave him the scar.
