The armor wing of the museum at die Zwinger was awesome! A lot of old armor and a lot of old weapons. Most of it probably never saw one moment of battle and was mostly ceremonial, but it was still really cool.And, funny story about this photo. When I went to the gift shop, I saw a post card with this exact shot on it and thought it was cool, so I got it. Only later when I got my pictures on my computer, did I realize that it was pretty much the exact same shot I'd taken.

This picture is amazing! Absolutely love the lighting and the different textures.. and not to mention how awesome the subject matter is! Can you tell that I'm semi-stuck in critique mode yet?

Ah yes, the lighting. Well, the lighting in this museum really wasn't my friend. I got a lot of other pictures that I was hoping to post, but they didn't come out very good because of the crap lighting. Thankfully, these two guys were the focus of the room, so they had adequate lighting.
So why the hell are you up at eight in the morning?

Ah, I know that pain..
and I'm up at 8:00am cuz I'm a morning person and have a 10:00am class. That means up by 9, and ready and leave by 9:30 so I'm there on time/5 min early. But yeah, I'm that morning person that everyone wants to punch in the morning.

Ugh, I would want to punch you too if I wasn't forced to be a morning person. I have class at nine in the morning! Never had that before. Well, not in college.
