Description
I was bored today and decided to try out an idea that I had: I wanted to see how many stories I could tell using chess pieces. Now, I have one chess set where the pieces are shaped like people, a woman for the Queen, a man riding a horse for the knight, and so on. I had planed to use those, but they didn't show up well on camera so I ended up using my glass set, it showed up better and I was happy with the outcome.Last picture I took that turned out any good. I meant this to have a kind of "staring down the enemy" feeling and I think I pulled it off. Enjoy.

As I've said already I really like this photo. You have accomplished what you were after.
I really like how the closest team is blurred and it's focussing on the opposing side.

Thanks, a lot of these chess pictures came out nicely, but a cautionary tale to others: use a table that's of a decent height. I was crawling around on my knees for an hour and the bruises didn't heal for two weeks! That sounded bad...
