Exquisite shot and beautiful stock dear Rita. May I take a chance at guessing what that purple liquid could be?
Erm...the blood of some squiggly wiggly worms, you must have squeezed them to drain the purple blood out of them??!!

Thank you dear Amber!
Hahaha! That was so original and funny! I've never heard that one before!
Yes, perhaps, some strange purple blood from some strange terrible creature.

That's a very, very good guess! Seriously, how did you get it right?? I never thought anyone would be able to guess it at all!
Close enough. I was looking for the exact thing that causes it.

OMG, you really gave me 20 points! Thank you!
I don't know... I eat it regularly and I'm fascinated by the color again and again.

Is it those ice pops liquid or kool-aid? Btw, this is a fantastic piece of stock!

Nope It comes from the most unlikeliest of sources, something more organic...It was more of an 'aha' moment and I put this 'purple liquid' to good use!
Thank you very much!

Is it a naturally purple liquid or did you add purple coloring to it?

I didn't add any coloring at all. It is naturally purple & vibrant, longtime exposure to oxygen and/or too much heat makes it turn teal. I had to quickly take the shots before it completely turned.
