Description Written by the in-lore author John Yamparika, based upon in-lore hopeful war claims of Comanche Nationalists within the Free State of Mexico and general of the Texas 332nd Corp, General Peta Nocona Jr. the Kwahadi Band of Comanche was one of the more upfront Comanche nationalist bands that formed the military state prepared to take over the New-Mexico Free State. Comancheria, in this alt-hist, would become a staunch ally of Texas and drive the Ute and Navajo into the Mexican state of Arizona, resulting in the near-death of the Navajo nation at large-- though they would later gain a Protectorate. In this scenario, the results would be so disastrous that full-scale Republican revolution would grip Mexico though they'd fall right back into an Imperial state under a Napoleon-like leader, though meant to be an allegory for Texas' own Thomas Juarez-Schmidt, and would result in the protectorate state un northern Arizona being purged and disbanded, though for a while under consideration of sale to California. Many Navajo and Ute would flee back into Comancheria-- which is an alegory for the real-life in-lore events between Texas and Navajo. Comancheria in this scenario was antagonized, however, having converted to Texan Calvinism rather than Mormonism, and loosing their way spiritually, failing to meet more environmentally friendly sources of power beyond oil, becoming an oil-drilling pillar of North American economy but at cost to most of the wildlife in southern Comancheria and polluting the Rio Grande-- which the Author, John Yamparika, would say was due to Tahomanist Mormonism never forming in this timeline, leaving fundamentalist Mormonism the only one that remained, and secluded to the Rocky Mountains-- in northern Mexico and central USA. However, this book would come to stoke hatred for both the Comanche nation and the Texan Calvinism faith, and framing this very plausable alternative history as simply a first-world racism-motivated apocalypse scenario for the proud Navajo.
However, some Comanche Nationalists would be inspired by the idea, many far-right Comanche within the Numunuu Free State (est. cir. 2001 in the Iturbide Project) would seek to achieve similar boundaries to the Comanche nation described in Yamparika's works, and idolizing General Peta Nocona Jr, and this political ideology and fringe party would even stretch down into the Mescalero Apache bands along the southern hook of the Rio Grande, going into Texas. this Comanche Irridentism would plague race-based politics in the Navajo Republic for years to come, despite this fascist Comanche movement being rather small-- it became attributed to all comanche by some racist Navajo and Ute and Mexicans even who liked to generalize. Race-based crimes skyrocketed into the 2000s and 2010s, though as things progressed and the Navajo Nation converted to solar power and trust-busted government-intertwined oil companies such as Nadine Standard Oil, as well as improved their education system and underwent cultural revival, these crimes started to die down by a lot, especially with the coming generations.
