Description
Africa has been a place of political, ethical and even historical controversy since the beginning of the 19th century. In the 1820s Africa had become home to many foreign-run ports, such as French and Portuguese rivalries over the Senegalese riverway systems, or Dutch colonization of the southern edge of Africa later leading to the first Afro-Germanic country since the Kingdom of the Vandals.Because there's no mad scramble for africa and no berlin conference, colonialism is only slightly slower, and yields a bit of mercy on some African nations as a result-- such as the rapid development of Sokoto, the southern Bantu nations, Ethiopia, and the Oromo peoples and the kingdom of Futajalon.
