I'm not entirely familiar with your works, but this image reminds me of when Aribeth from Neverwinter Nights became a blackguard.
She was one of my favorite characters in the whole D&D setting, growing up, and I still to this day remember that character fondly.

when u do the cuffs over the armor it looks like the armor is made of plastic.. or leather, something soft. that rubbs the "hardness" of it. other i rlly like this one, the design of the armor is worth to be used as refference. but i think u had your refferences too, looks a bit like the daedric armor from TES games.
