When thinking about Storm as a character i think she would look great as any kinda of goddess or traditional garb of any culture. For example i think she would look great in a Sari or even an aoi dai from Vietnam

As for Forge the approach I took was that he took dimension hopper machine and went to the metal gear solid universe came back with a snake costume but in white redesign

( W/ Little floating blow dryers to make his cape always dramatic in EVERY fight)

The other way i approached these design is thought maybe they weren’t soul mates , they were two people who greatly loved each other. They had allot in common , two amazing capable leaders and very spiritual people but with a sometimes very rocky relationship. Sometimes people who aren’t in your life anymore are still apart of who you are at a core and that’s how I approached these two. it reminds me of this great panel that the amazing great Whilce Portacio drew

I wanted some harmony between the two costumes and compliment each other fighting sentinels in the new Mexican desert at sunset.

Since i am ending phase ONE of mutant costume switcharo i added a little bonus , with a forge civilian outfit and a couple of other notable men/suitors in her life and a joke of a cross dress. lol

I have PLENTY of potential mutants for phase 2 but i will be away at shows for a bit. I been overwhelmed by all the response and comments .
