I had some problem 
When I open he psd file, it show warning,that is, 'some text layers contain font that are missing.These layer will need the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vectore based output'.

I didn't include fonts in he package.
I used "Myriad Pro -Semibold" and "Lucida Grande - Bold" These font are not free font. if you don't have these fonts, you need to replace it with other fonts.

Holy shit, 27 megs! Screw that, i'd rather make my own card on Paint instead XD Besides, you need CS3 to run it, which is pretty much impossible to get where i live XD
