SAI doesn't have a lot of the features PS does but it does make .psd files, if you make your picture in SAI you can make a PSD file and open it in PS (like a trial version) and do it there!

This tutorial is specifically for text, I think it would be much harder to make this work with images, but why not give it a try? Β Keep experimenting!
